How do I register to BasketballCoachWeekly.net?
To log in to BasketballCoachWeekly.net you need to be registered with the website.
If you are a subscriber, when you register please use the same email address as the one we use for your subscription.
If you purchase a subscription from the website, you’ll be asked to set your password when you place your order. This password and your email address is all you’ll need to log in to the website.
If you are not a subscriber you can still register and get access to 6 articles each month.
Why should I register to BasketballCoachWeekly.net?
When you register to our website you can read up to 6 articles each month. You’ll also get the opportunity to sign up to receive our complimentary weekly email newsletter, full of expert opinion and related drills, sessions and advice from our head coach and editor Dave Clarke.
If you are a subscriber, when you register you’ll get unlimited access to all Basketball Coach Weekly content online.

How do I subscribe to Basketball Coach Weekly?
Subscribe here and receive instant access to all content on the website.
When will my subscription start?
We’ll start your subscription as soon as your order is processed and payment successfully received, normally in less than a minute. You’ll be able to access all new and archived content online instantly. Just log in whenever you need some coaching material. New sessions are added to the home page under ‘latest activities’.
I am not receiving my copy of the digital magazine
In April 2018 Basketball Weekly changed the format to move away from sending a digital magazine. All new Basketball Coach Weekly coaching sessions are added directly to the website. Subscribers just need to log in to the website to view and use new sessions and the archive of content that has been uploaded to the website.
New sessions are added weekly to the home page under ‘latest activities’. Subscribers are sent a weekly email to inform them which new sessions have been added.
If you have been subscribing for a while and are missing any previous issues we have sent to you in digital magazine format, then please email the customer services address below.

How do I renew my subscription?
Most subscriptions are automatic renewal, which means that when your subscription ends, you need do nothing. Your credit card, bank account or PayPal account will be automatically charged for the next subscription period, unless you choose to cancel.
Subscription periods vary between 1, 3, 6 and 12 months (and even 2 and 3 years), and depend on the selection you made when you initially purchased.
If your payment is declined by your credit card, bank or PayPal account, possibly because the card expiry date is old, we will get in touch for your updated payment details to ensure you do not suffer a gap in service.
If you chose to subscribe without automatic renewal we will email you in advance of the subscription end date to let you know how to renew. You can also use the Subscribe buttons on this website to renew – just use the same email address we already hold for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
No problem, just drop an email to email@example.com.
You can also manage your subscription in your account area on the website – just log in and visit your account area for more details. If you subscribe using PayPal then you need to cancel the recurring renewal payment profile in your PayPal account to avoid future charges.

Books & DVDs
When will my ebook be delivered?
As soon as we receive your order and your payment is successfully processed you will get a confirmation page and email with a link to download your purchase. If you are a book buyer and registered for an account you’ll also be able to download your ebook from My Account.
When will my printed book or DVD be delivered?
Hard copy books and DVDs are sent to you using national and international postal services. For UK delivery, the longest time it should take is up to 9 days to receive your copy, Europe 14 days, rest of world 18 days. In most cases you should receive your copy long before this, however in some cases our deliveries will be subject to Customs and Excise checks and unfortunately may be slightly delayed.
Can I share my subscription content with other coaches?
If you wish to share drills, session plans or other articles with the coaches at your club – no problem, just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to upgrade your subscription to a club licence. That will give all coaches at your club, that you provide email addresses for, unlimited access for only £80/USD$112 more per year.
How do I update my contact and payment details?
If you are registered to the website, log in with your email address and password and click on My Account. You can use the tabs here to update your information.
